Please let us know if you plan on bringing any animals. 🔌 All wall outlets have built-in tamper resistance making them safe for children. ❄️ A/C range is in between 68-78 degrees Fahrenheit. You can adjust to your comfort level. 📺 Our Smart TV’s also have Digital Air Antennas which pick up many local channels. Message us if you would like a channel lineup. 🍃 Landscaping company mows the grass weekly during business hours for about 30 minutes. 🗑️ ♻️ Trash pickup days are Monday & Thursday 🤖 🧹The home has a Roomba model 980 Floor cleaning robot under the living room sofa. The Roomba model 980 has a navigational camera but does NOT have the capability to transmit images or record. The navigation feature assists the Roomba moving around the spaces while cleaning. The device has no recording capability and is only used during turn overs.

You have access to the entire home and a private fenced backyard. Driveway fits 2 cars. We keep one coat closet locked for our cleaning supplies and a locked cabinet in the primary bedroom closet.
